❋My Approach

A Whole-Person Approach

Health rarely exists in isolation.

My approach considers the individual as a whole, bringing together Ayurvedic principles, contemporary medical understanding, lifestyle, sleep, mental well-being, and personal health history.

The aim is not simply to address a symptom, but to understand the factors that may be contributing to it and develop practical, individualised approaches to care.

❋ Sleep & Insomnia

Sleep is central to physical and mental health. My interests include chronic insomnia, disturbed sleep patterns, and individualised approaches to improving sleep and restoring healthy routines.

❋ Mental Health & Neurosciences

Exploring the relationship between mental well-being, the nervous system, lifestyle, and physical health, with particular interest in integrative approaches to psychosomatic and mind–body conditions.

❋ Chronic & Lifestyle-Related Conditions

Individualised approaches to long-term health concerns, considering diet, lifestyle, sleep, daily routines, constitution, and other factors that influence health over time.

❋Integrative Medicine & Ayurveda

Bringing classical Ayurvedic principles into conversation with contemporary medical knowledge, with an emphasis on thoughtful, evidence-informed and practical care.

“A person who has balanced doshas, agni, dhatus and malas, and whose mind, senses and spirit are also in a state of contentment, is considered healthy.”
